Dixie Beer
Brewed in New Orleans by the independent Dixie Brewery. This characterful,
full-bodied lager is brewed in Cypress wood vats and is a reminder of the
originality of the city with its great traditions of Jazz, Mardi Gras etc.
Slowly aged in Louisiana Cypress Wood barrels, brewed with crystal clear
water, genuine barley malt, choice hops, select grains, and pure yeast. A
very light bit of hop bitterness in the beer with just a touch of alcohol
and a bit of corn flavor way in the back.

Dixie Blackened Voodoo Lager
Blackened Voodoo Lager pays homage to the Munich Dunkel style, which as the
neck label states, is “inspired by old-world brewing methods. This
bewitching all-malt brew is a darkly rich, exotic lager, crafted with a
touch of magical New Orleans spirit.” Blackened Voodoo pours a clear, dark
brown color topped by a solid, frothy, tan head.
