As Brewmaster, Greg Hall supervises brewing and bottling of Goose Island
beers. Hall maintains a host of award-winning beers including Honkers Ale,
Blonde Ale and Oatmeal Stout. Within his reign as Brewmaster, Goose Island
Beer Co. added an expansive brewery and high-speed bottling plant to its
operation and recently opened its second brewpub. Through Halls direction, the
brewery flourishes, expanding its repertoire of both draft and bottled beers.
Brewed in the English tradition, Hex Nut Brown Ale combines the finest
domestic and imported malts to produce a chestnut-hued ale of unusual
