Knob Creek Bourbon, bottled at an honest 100 proof like all good bourbons were a century ago, is aged nine years in charred American white oak which lends this bourbon its maple sugar aroma, distinctive sweetness and rich, full-bodied flavor, giving it the distinction of being aged the longest of the Small Batch Bourbons. This extra aging allows it to absorb more of the sugar in the wood, giving it a slightly sweeter taste and nose.
Knob Creek Single Barrel Reserve Bourbon
Knob Creek Single Barrel Reserve is carefully hand-selected, barrel-by-barrel, to be a unique expression of Knob Creek's rich, mature flavor. Naturally aged in new, charred American Oak barrels, Knob Creek Single Barrel Reserve is bottled at near barrel proof to maintain its strong, rich flavors and aromas.
It’s the big, pure flavor that Booker Noe set out to create over two decades ago. Knob Creek Single Barrel Reserve is naturally aged for a full 9 years and bottled at 120 proof.
Each bottle bears a plaque designating it as an official Randall's Wines & Spirits Selection.

Creek 25th Anniversary Single Barrel
Knob Creek 25th Anniversary Single Barrel is special for being
limited edition, unfiltered, and cask strength. It was aged between 12 and 13
years and has a proof of 120-125 – a symptom of the nuanced differences from
barrel to barrel. Just because Knob Creek isn’t one of the most rare whiskey
brands in the world, it doesn’t mean they don’t make killer spirits.

Knob Creek 2001 Limited Edition Bourbon commemorates a
significant year for Knob Creek, as late in 2001, the tradition and
responsibility of stewarding Knob Creek Bourbon was passed from Booker to Fred –
from father to son. Knob Creek has enjoyed an enthusiastic following ever since
its introduction in the 1990s. Aged for more than 14 years, compared to nine
years for the regular Knob Creek, and bottled at the same 100 proof, its deep
amber color foretells of robust vanilla-laced oak with caramel and char notes.
