The apples are carefully inspected, washed, and pressed into pure, sweet apple juice. Applejack is a strong alcoholic beverage produced from apples, originating from the American colonial period. Laird's Applejack is a specialty product - a blend of 35% Apple Brandy and 65% Neutral Spirits that possesses a hint of apple flavor and aroma. Laird’s AppleJack has excellent mix ability. It imparts a delightful flavor to the traditional cocktails such as the Manhattan, Old Fashioned, Sour and Daiquiri.

Laird's Applejack
Laird's Applejack is a venerable American brandy as old as the Republic itself. The company's founder, Robert Laird, fought in the American Revolution under the command of General George Washington. Soldiers of the beleaguered Continental Army were fed and given Applejack while camped near the Laird family's inn in Colt's Neck, New Jersey. In addition to Laird's Applejack, Laird & Company produces various other Apple Brandy products, such as Captain Applejack Blend 80 proof, Captain Applejack Bond 100 proof and Laird's Bond 100 proof (both straight Apple Brandy), Captain Apple Brandy straight 80 proof and Laird's Old Apple Brandy straight 80 proof.
