Generation after generation, Croizet has been cultivating a 30 hectare vineyard in Lantin, not far from the Charente valley, near Jarnac, a tiny and privileged Fins Bois area formerly known as “Champagne de Jarnac”. The two different types of soil upon which
they have planted their vineyard - loose topsoil and firmer layers of earth below - allow us to obtain extraordinarily consistent brandies while maintaining the characteristics of Fins Bois: a dominant fruity flavor coupled with the mellowness of Grande Champagne cognac.
Croizet VSOP Cognac Croizet VSOP is a smooth marriage of the best "crus". This superior quality is older, its taste dominated by the presence of several types of "Grande Champagne".

Croizet XO Cognac
This particular cognac has aged for two generations in Croizet cellars. The blend is largely composed of "Grande Champagne" cognacs with a touch of "Borderies" and "Petite Champagne".
The casks in which Croizet cognac ages, chosen from among the region’s best coopers, are all exactly 350 litres in volume and produce the best possible exchange of flavour between brandy and wood and ensure consistent quality
