Don Eduardo Anejo is aged in American white oak bourbon barrels
for two years "Pale golden-yellow. Sweet creme brulée nose has a hint of
perfumed spice. A graceful, silky attack leads to a medium-bodied palate with
tropical flowers and fruits balanced by a wave of peppery, brown spiciness. Very
smooth, effortless finish. Agave character is dusty and subdued but this is
beautifully made."
