Prichards' Rum Distillery represents the first legal distillery to be built in Tennessee in nearly fifty years. Of Welsh origin, the motto has been translated as " You Will Have To Break Me Before I Yield".
Virtually a four year effort from concept to online production of fine rum, "Torav Cyn Plygav" has served us well.
Prichards' Fine Rum is sealed in new, 15-gallon charred oak casks made from the heartwood of the white oak tree. Then, with the passing of time, as if by magic, the barrel imparts its sweet toffee and other wonderful flavors into its contents.
 Prichards' Fine Rum uses only crystal clear Tennessee spring water. What folks do not know is that many rums are made from black strap molasses, the bitter residue from the processing of granulated sugar.
