SHOOTERS AND COCKTAILS
Big Apple 3 parts Schönauer, 4-6 parts club soda, lemon wedge.
Pour Schönauer over ice, squeeze in lemon juice, add wedge and stir well.
Pour in soda and stir.
Apple Pie Cocktail 3 oz Schönauer apple schnapps
1 splash cinnamon schnapps
1 pinch cinnamon
Build apple schnapps and cinnamon schnapps over ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a slice of apple, dust with cinnamon, and serve.
Wild Fire 1 1/2 oz Schönauer, splash cranberry juice, soda water.
Pour in chilled glass over ice, garnish with lemon slice.
Cranapple Cocktail recipe 1 1/2 oz Schönauer schnapps
1 1/2 oz cranberry juice
Pour both ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into an old-fashioned glass, and serve.
