Vida Tequila
Lisa and John Barlow, owners of VIDA Tequila, are some of the youngest owners in the tequila industry today. The tequila is distilled during a process that discards both the heads and the tails of the agave plant saving the heart of the agave. This is the secret which allows VIDA to be placed into the ultra-premium category.
The tequila comes in Anejo, which is aged in French Oak for up to 24 months and is triple distilled; Reposado, which is aged in American White Oak for up to six months; and Blanco which is double distilled and not aged. The bottles are made of handblown glass with bottle necklaces of silk with a brushed silver coin.
The bottle toppers are made of oak, not cork, from real oak barrels.
