they’re the #1 New Zealand wine in the United States. Their history and future is one defined by undoing the ordinary.
Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc
Deriving from the French word sauvage ("wild") and blanc (“white”) Kim Crawford's Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp and powerful, well balanced wine with intense aromas of gooseberry, passion fruit and citrus flavors. This light to medium bodied aromatic wine is a great match with salads, seafood and vegetarian dishes and perfectly acceptable to be enjoyed on its own!
Grapes from all over the Marlborough Region are used in this blend where vineyards are selected by flavor profile for desired outcome.
They tend towards the more herbaceous end of the flavor profile, ensuring Marlborough's typicity is retained. Ideally suited to fresh oysters, asparagus dishes or summer salads.

Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand is widely regarded as setting a global standard for this variety. A combination of dry and moderate climates gives near perfect cool climate growing conditions and assists with the intense varietal characters unique to Marlborough. Depending on the climate, the flavor can range from aggressively grassy to sweetly tropical. In cooler climates, the grape has a tendency to produce wines with noticeable acidity and "green flavors" of grass, green bell peppers and nettles with some tropical fruit (such as passion fruit) and floral (such as elderflower) notes.
