Muddling is done by pressing the mint leaves firmly against the glass to release their aroma. The leaves
are muddled against both the lower sides and bottom of the glass so that they're not just hardened into a thick paste in the bottom.
The leaves should not ripped apart but kept as complete as possible. Once the
mint starts giving out the aroma the muddling is finished and the mixture is let to rest for a couple of minutes in the fridge.
