Don Julio Gonzalez began making tequila at the age of 17 in his native Jalisco. You might not think that a 17-year-old would know about the ins and outs of producing an incredible tequila, but Don Julio was different. He had a passion like no other. He was on a path that would later ignite the traditions that have prevailed through Tequila Don Julio in its different variants: Blanco, Reposado, Añejo, 70, 1942 and Real. Painstakingly cared for in American white-oak barrels for three to five years.

For the ultimate tequila experience, sip it neat in a specialized tequila glass. Don Julio REAL is produced from a highly selective batch of only the best estate-grown agave and its second distillation is in a special still known as Pot Still 6, which refines the flavors even further.
